Bridging the Digital Divide

Educators and city leaders in Oakland are continuing to work to bridge the digital divide, and they are trying to do it for good. Today Oakland Unified launched the #OaklandUndividedForever program, it is an extension of the #OaklandUndivided program launched at the beginning of the pandemic. So far it has helped more than 25,000 students in the district get access to computers and WiFi.
